Customers receive a monthly email from EveryMundo reporting trends of their booking engine search behavior, including highlights of airTRFX pages.

What is this?

This monthly email newsletter provides airlines with useful insights about customers’ behavior trends based on data we capture via FareNet on their booking engine and the user activity from airTRFX pages.

When is it sent?

Within the first 5 days of each month, and it reflects changes and trends compared to the previous month.

Who receives it?

Any email we have registered as a user of the products each company licenses with EveryMundo. We can add or remove any other team member as needed.
Data is not shared across any other customer, and the report will only include each customer's data.

What is this information for?

We share this data with our customers to help them make decisions based on changes in demand. They can leverage airTRFX tools and EveryMundo products to grow revenue and capitalize on routes, pages, and markets with high potential.

Step-by-step guide

What can be found in the monthly newsletter?
  • Section 1: Top Routes Searched on your Booking Engine

What do we show?

  • Which routes had the most significant growth in searches on our customer's Booking Engine.

How to act upon it?

  • Create a Fare airModule to highlight these routes on the airline's hub page and make them easily accessible to their customers
  • All these routes must be updated in airTRFX control so that airlines can utilize the corresponding landing pages across all channels.

  • Section 2: Top Markets Searched on the airline's Booking Engine

What do we show?

  • Which market grew the most compared to the previous month. If the airline uses “global site editions”, we use the origin airport code to define the market

How to act upon it?

  • Create custom pages (e.g. Bank holidays for UAE)
  • If this is a target market, initiate the process to launch airTRFX to an additional local language to better address customers

  • Section 3: airTRFX Page Views and Flight Search Initiation (FSI)

What do we show?

Performance of airTRFX pages.

  • Pageviews from all channels and all markets
  • Number of users that were sent to your booking engine via airTRFX pages (Flight Search Initiation - FSI)

How to act upon it?

  • Review the airTRFX Dashboards (using airTRFX Control) for more details on changes.
  • Adapt marketing efforts accordingly.
  • Create Campaigns and new Fare airModules to increase FSI.

  • Section 4: airTRFX pages that increased page views the most

What do we show?

The top airTRFX Pages reported the highest increase in absolute visits compared to previous months.

Note: These pages are not necessarily the top-visited.

How to act upon it?

  • Promote in all the airline's channels the trending routes: social organic posts, email, display, and SEM.
  • Review the airline page's performance and plan your marketing actions accordingly based on increasing interest.
